REFUND POLICY - A 50% refund will be offered for cancellations received up to 14 days prior to the seminar. No refunds will be given after this time but replacement delegate names will be accepted. Alternatively, if another workshop is scheduled, you can carry a credit forward for this, but a further fee of 25% will be charged to cover committed admin, venue and catering costs. If you are part of a group, the discount may not apply to other members if you cancel. If the workshop has to be cancelled, the organiser will refund the total amount paid and this will constitute the maximum liability of the organiser. Any other costs associated with attendance are the delegate’s responsibility.
